Windows Defender has temporarily shut down Internet connection and computer from Facebook

I am told to call Microsoft Support or will be permanently shutdown. "Don't shutdown or restart computer". Call support (no answer) so I am stuck with a un useable system. Help!

This is a scam or virus or something. Just power off your computer and turn it back on - most likely it will fix it (which is why the scam is telling you not to shutdown....)
