I have completed the module but its not marked as completed

Progress and completion for Microsoft Learn modules are tracked by the Learn platform and reflected as badges and trophies in the Achievements section of the profile, not as separate course certificates.

If a module is not marked as completed even after finishing all units, the following checks typically resolve or clarify the situation:

1. Confirm sign-in and account

• Ensure the same Microsoft account was used for all units of the module.
• If any units were viewed while signed out or with a different account, they will not count toward completion for the current account.

2. Verify all units show as completed

• Open the module page and check each unit in the list.
• Every unit must show as completed for the module to be marked complete.

3. Check Achievements

• Go to the Achievements page at https://learn.microsoft.com/users/me/achievements.
• Look for the badge or trophy associated with the module or its learning path.

4. Understand what is awarded

• Completing a module or learning path grants badges and trophies.
• Certifications are only awarded by passing certification exams, not by completing Learn modules.

If all units show as completed, the correct account is in use, and the module still does not appear as completed or the badge is missing, the next step is to contact Microsoft Credentials/Learn support using the credentials support channel so they can review the learning record and correct any tracking issues.
