iOS/iPadOS - Wired Network Template disappeared

I'm fairly sure I saw in the past the option to create Wired Network Profiles through a template for iOS/iPadOS, but I can no longer find it in Intune.

The following guides state that it is supported:

Can you tell me whether this is a UI issue, or if something has changed and the documentation is outdated?
