Hello,

I have an active scheduling poll. Everything went normally until I went to try and access the dashboard for the poll. When I try to visit https://outlook.office365.com/findtime/dashboard I am redirected to my inbox in the browser. When I try to click the link in the browser version of the poll it opens my inbox in a new tab. When I copy and paste the link in the browser it redirects to my inbox. When I try to access it through my calendar it opens my inbox. When I try to access it through teams it redirects to my inbox.

How can I access my poll? :(

I have the same problem under Firefox. Using Edge makes it work, but I hereby ask Microsoft to reconsider making the dashboard work in browsers using alternative rendering engines.

    Hello @GracePorterDOLCUR-2114,

Thank you for your message, and I understand how confusing this situation can be when the dashboard keeps redirecting unexpectedly.

To help me better understand what might be causing this, may I kindly check a few things with you?

Are you currently signed in to multiple accounts in your browser (for example, a personal account and a work account at the same time)? Also, could you please confirm whether you are using the same account that was originally used to create the scheduling poll?

In some cases, this behavior can happen when the session does not match the account that owns the poll, which causes the system to redirect back to the inbox.

To further narrow this down, it would be very helpful if you could first try opening the link in a private or incognito browser window and sign in with the correct account.

If the link works correctly in the private window, you may then return to your regular browser and try signing out of all accounts, clearing the browser cache and cookies, and signing back in with only the correct account before testing the link again.

These steps will help rule out any session conflicts and give us a clearer picture of the behavior.

Please let me know how it goes, and feel free to share what you observe. I’ll be happy to continue assisting you once I have this additional information.

Thank you very much for your cooperation.

    Warm regards,
