AFAIK, OneNote allows you to sort pages automatically, but it does not have a built-in button to automatically sort sections. To sort pages, check the top of your page list on the right or left sidebar. Click the Sort icon (it looks like a set of arrows or a small list). Select Alphabetical. Unfortunately sort sections would be done manually. Click and hold the section tab, then drag and drop it into the order you want. As a workaround, you might consider adding numbers or letters to the front of their section names (like "A_Notes" or "01_Projects") .
