I am having trouble with my main account, which is under ******@gmail.com, as it is continuously saying I need parental guidance although I have already passed the minimum age required to do it in my regieon. I have sent an image on how it is affecting me. User's image

    Hello Rikdeb Ray,

    • At this case: The date of birth registered on the Microsoft account may be incorrect
    • The account may still be associated with a child account or a family group, even after reaching the required age.

Try checking your account information by signing in to your Microsoft account and reviewing your personal details, especially your birth date and family settings <<

    Regards,

    M.
