- Contact Pearson VUE support to check for and remove any account block:
- Use the Pearson VUE contact options linked from the Microsoft Certification support pages (for example, via https://aka.ms/CertificationSupport or the Pearson VUE links on the exam scheduling/offer pages).
- Explain that the Microsoft exam scheduling page will not proceed after Submit and that other users with the same symptom had their Pearson VUE account unlocked to fix it.
- After Pearson VUE confirms the account is unlocked, return to the Microsoft Learn exam page and try scheduling again from the “Schedule with Pearson VUE” button.
If the problem persists even after Pearson VUE confirms no block, raise it through Microsoft Certification Support so they can check the Learn profile and handoff to Pearson VUE.
