Account on authenticator app can not be removed

I have an old work account on the authenticator app and remove account does not exist

It does for other accounts but only this one it isnt there.

Remove the work account from Android settings

Open Settings on your phone --> Go to Passwords & accounts/Accounts --> Look for your old Work, Microsoft, or Azure AD account --> Tab it & Remove account --> Restart your phone & check Authenticator again.

Remove the work profile (if one exists)

Settings --> Accounts --> Work profile (or search “Work profile” in Settings)

Check for device administration

Open Settings --> Security --> Device admin apps
Disable any old company management app (for example, Microsoft Intune Company Portal / WorkspaceONE /etc.).
If you have already any Software Management from your old work open it and (Unenroll It). Try removing the account again.

When you tap the old work account in Authenticator, what options do you see?
