Before I have a problem with Microsoft Credential and I was able to contact the customer support from the Engage Center, but now somehow , my account in the center is written as Business account and I couldnt find the Microsoft Credential Product to ask for support anymore.

My problem was only I signed up for the Microsoft Virtual Training events, I got the confirmation email for the events but I cant access to it. And this has happend twice already so their system keeps records that I missed the events

To contact Microsoft Credentials (Certification/Learn) support and get help with Virtual Training Day access, use the Credentials Support channel instead of the business “Engage Center” view.

    Follow these steps:

    1. Go to the online Credentials Support request page: aka.ms/Credentials-Support (this redirects into the Engage/Services Hub experience).
    2. In the support form:
      • For Product family, select Learning.
      • For Product or Service, select Microsoft Credentials.
      • Choose the category that best matches the issue (for example, event/registration or training-related issue).
      • For Types of Support, select Professional No Charge.
      • Enter location and time zone.
      • Select Email as the preferred contact method (support is only via email even if “Phone” is selected).
    3. In the description, include:
      • Learn Username (from Learn profile Settings).
      • The specific Microsoft Virtual Training Day titles and dates.
      • That confirmation emails were received but access/login to the ON24 event failed and the sessions are marked as missed.
      • Any screenshots of the registration confirmation and the error or “You are registered” page.
    4. Submit the case and keep the case number shown on screen. A confirmation email from ******@mail.support.microsoft.com will be sent. Credentials Support will respond during business hours (5:30 AM–5:30 PM PT). The case status can be checked via the Manage tab on the same online support request site.

If the Credentials Support link appears to drop into a generic business support page without pre-selected options, manually set Product family = Learning and Product or Service = Microsoft Credentials as above; this is how to reach the correct team even when the account is treated as a business account.

For repeated Virtual Training Day access issues, Credentials Support may confirm synchronization problems between the event registration system and ON24 and can advise to re-register for a future session once the issue is resolved.
