I have an office 365 subscription then suddenly when I tried to open word - it says the application microsoft word cant be opned. I've tried to reinstall office 365 but it now says I dont have administrator rights. just very frustrated. can any suggest a fix

I have finally been able to re install microsoft office and now have word - no need to respond.
