how to get or wualify for achievement codes

Achievement codes on Microsoft Learn are not based on XP, levels, modules, trophies, or badges.

Achievement codes are only provided for eligible instructor-led courses (official courses delivered by a Microsoft Learning Partner or similar). In those cases, the instructor gives an achievement code that can be redeemed for a course completion badge.

Completing self-paced modules and learning paths on Microsoft Learn (like the 48 modules and 11 trophies already earned) grants badges and trophies automatically, but does not generate achievement codes and there is nothing extra to redeem for XP.

To get an achievement code, participation in an official instructor-led course that explicitly includes an achievement code is required; otherwise, there is no separate qualification or check needed.
