Can't add groupMe members because verification does not activate

I am trying to add members to a GroupMe account. I enter all the information about the member. When I click on "add to group" a verification screen comes up, but does not present the verification exercise. Then it say, Failed to add to group.

    This sounds like the verification (CAPTCHA) challenge isn't loading properly, so GroupMe can't complete the "Add to Group" action.

    Can I ask what browser are you using? Also, you need to try and use a different browser and see if the verification will load to continue add members. This is to isolate browser related issue.

    You can also try these two methods as they bypass that manually adding members.

    1. Create a share link to the group so they can join themselves.
    2. Share a QR code for the group so the person can scan it and join.
