My account was compromised a few months ago and after a few months, Microsoft was able to get it back for me, but now when I try to get an old purchase back, it asks for the XBOX account so I made one (Using all of the old Email and Name) it asks for payment. I checked with Order history and to my surprise even after setting to 7 years and all, even changing regions to the orginal region i bought it from, the Purchase (that is minecraft) doesn't show.

I have proof of ownership, all the reciepts, the original Mastercard used, and in real life witnesses of me paying for it if it amounts to anything

Because the purchase no longer appears in Order history and the account was previously compromised, the only supported paths are:

    1. Verify and secure the Microsoft account
    • Follow the official guidance for compromised accounts: How to recover a hacked or compromised Microsoft account.
    • Ensure the account is fully recovered and secured (password changed, security info updated, no forwarding rules, etc.). If the hacker changed key security info and the recovery process did not fully restore ownership, the account and its purchases may be unrecoverable.
    1. Use the official account recovery / purchase recovery paths
    • If the account recovery web form or process did not restore all data, including purchases, there is no alternate manual method for support to add back missing purchases. As noted in similar cases, if the recovery form fails or the security info was replaced, the account cannot be recovered further and support cannot override this.
    • For Minecraft specifically, contact the Minecraft team to see if they can offer any options based on your proof of purchase and receipts. A similar case indicates that Minecraft entitlement recovery is not guaranteed and is handled separately by the Minecraft support team.
    1. If there are fraudulent or unexpected charges
    • If there were fraud charges or unexpected billing related to the compromise, use Microsoft Store billing support (for example, via the Get Help app or “Call me back” options) to dispute charges, as other users have done successfully.

If the purchase is not in Order history after full account recovery and region checks, and the automated recovery process does not restore it, there is no documented way to manually reattach that historical purchase to the account. The next step is to work directly with Minecraft support using the receipts and card details already available.
