my progress is not being updated since i finished the challenges

Progress in Microsoft Learn challenges and leaderboards is not always updated instantly. There are a few key behaviors and checks:

1. Progress and leaderboard updates can take a few hours to refresh. If the modules were just completed, wait some time and then refresh the page.
2. Ensure sign-in was active with the same Microsoft Learn profile when completing all modules. If any modules were done while signed out or under a different account, they will not count toward the challenge.
3. Verify that the modules completed are exactly the ones in the challenge collection. Only items in that specific collection count toward the challenge fraction (for example, 1/8, 2/20, etc.).
4. Check the “where you stand” section in the challenge page. The challenge is considered complete only when the fraction reaches 100% (for example, 8/8 or 20/20).
5. To confirm overall activity and challenge status, review the Microsoft Learn profile challenge view and the Challenges home page, which show active and past challenges and activity from the last 30 days.
6. If progress still does not update after several hours and all modules are confirmed complete under the correct account, report the issue through the Microsoft Learn troubleshooting page so it can be investigated.
