The validity of an individual AZ-104 certification cannot be checked from here. To verify whether an AZ-104: Microsoft Azure Administrator certification is active and valid, sign in with the Microsoft account associated with the certification and check the Certifications section of the Microsoft Learn profile:
- Go to the Microsoft Learn profile and sign in.
- Navigate to Profile → Credentials → Certifications.
- Locate Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate and check its status and expiration date.
If the certification is missing or the status appears incorrect, open a support request with Microsoft Credentials Support so the Learn/Certification support team can review the certification ID and exam history and correct any record issues.
Note that Microsoft associate, expert, and specialty certifications now expire annually and can be renewed by passing a free online renewal assessment on Microsoft Learn.
