Azure Entra Certificate not available

Hi,

I cleared Azure Entra certification on 18th Feb but I don't find the certificate here.As per the mail it should be available in here.

Which exam did you take?

Results should appear on your Microsoft Learn profile under https://learn.microsoft.com/users/me/credentials/?tab=credentials-tab
