Hi, to remove an incompatible driver, kindly follow the steps below:

Press the Windows key + X, then click Terminal (Admin) or Windows PowerShell (Admin)

Copy, paste, and enter the command:

dism /online /get-drivers /format:table

Look for ViGEmBus.sys or a driver related to that, then uninstall using the command below:

pnputil /delete-driver oem5.inf /uninstall /force

Note: This is just an example command wherein the incompatible published name driver is “oem5.inf”, replace it depending on your incompatible driver.

    Dear LateNightCoffey,

    After investigation,

I need you to check the below drivers In order

    1. CorsairLLAccess64.sys --> Corsair iCUE "Hardware monitoring, RGB control, fan and sensor access"
    2. AsIO3.sys --> ASUS Armoury Crate / AI Suite "Motherboard sensors, fan control, voltage monitoring"
    3. MsIo64.sys --> MSI monitoring/control driver
    4. vgk.sys --> Riot Games Vanguard "Kernel anti-cheat for VALORANT and Riot games"
    5. ViGEmBus.sys --> ViGEm Bus Driver "Virtual game controller emulation (DS4Windows, DualSense tools)" What yo can do?

Simply try to remove/uninstall software/ driver of each and check your system until you found the faulty driver

PRO TIP: Check the most recent updated one.

Additionally, a good old command can give you something run this: perfom /rel

I hope the issue got fixed. I am waiting you to come back and tell me what you did.

    Best,

    Mustafa.

Hi, I'm Bernard. I'm happy to help!

As per checking and analyzing the DMP file, there is an error Ntfs.sys. This error occurs when there is an issue with the file system, or there is a hardware-related problem which is on your hard drive. To sort out the issue, kindly follow the steps below:

Open Terminal (Admin) or Windows PowerShell(Admin) (Press Windows key + X then click Terminal(Admin))

Copy, paste, and enter the command below:

    chkdsk c: /f

Follow the prompt and restart the PC if needed.

Method 2. Do a clean boot:

A “clean boot” starts Windows with a minimal set of drivers and startup programs, so that you can determine whether a background program is interfering with your game or program.

    • In the search box on the taskbar, type msconfig and select System Configuration from the results.
    • On the Services tab of System Configuration, select Hide all Microsoft services, and then select Disable all.
    • On the Startup tab of System Configuration, select Open Task Manager.
    • Under Startup in Task Manager, for each startup item, select the item and then select Disable.
    • Close Task Manager.
    • On the Startup tab of System Configuration, select OK. When you restart the computer, it's in a clean boot environment.

Note: If the issue persists, I suggest contacting a local technician to physically check the device for any hardware-related issues.

Note: This is a public forum. I may respond shortly, but I apologize in advance for any delays. I am simply a fellow user trying to provide helpful insights and information.
