Will Tech Soup's Publisher LS-54899 work after the Microsoft 365 version of Publisher goes away. Tech Soup's website says it is Publisher LTSC 2021, but other places say it is not perpetual like LTSC 2021 versions typically are.

Based on the information currently available, TechSoup product LS-54899 appears to be a volume-licensed Publisher offer rather than the Microsoft 365 subscription version. It is said that, although Publisher will be removed from Microsoft 365 after October 2026, the perpetual version of Publisher can still be installed and used beyond that date.
