Dear Microsoft Certification Support Team,

I recently completed the Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) exam and achieved a score of 968. I also received the exam confirmation email indicating that I successfully passed the exam.

However, I am currently unable to view my certificate or certification status in the Microsoft Certification Portal. Could you please assist me in locating the certificate or advise if there is any processing time required before it becomes available?

Below are my details:

  • Exam: Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900)
  • Score: 968
  • Exam Date and Time: 06/08/2026 and 4:45pm
  • Registered Email: ******@gmail.com

I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue.

Thank you for your time and support.

Sincerely,

Praveen VelagaScreenshot 2026-06-08 172341.png

Exam results and certifications do not always appear immediately in the Microsoft Certification / Learn profile.

Based on the provided information, take these steps:

    1. Allow for processing time
      • For most exams, results and the associated certification can take up to 24–48 hours to appear in the Learn profile Certifications tab after the exam completion, especially if the exam was taken close to a weekend or outside business hours.
    2. Check the correct place in Microsoft Learn
      • Sign in to Microsoft Learn with the same account used to register for AZ-900.
      • Go to the profile → Credentials → Certifications and verify whether “Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals” appears.
    3. Verify account and profile alignment if still missing
      • Follow the guidance in the “Missing Exams or Certifications” article:
        • Confirm that the correct Learn profile is being used and that there are not multiple profiles under different login accounts.
        • Try signing in with any other Microsoft accounts that might have been used when registering for the exam (for example, personal vs. work/school accounts).
        • Remember that the congratulations email is sent to the Contact Email in the Learn profile, which may differ from the login account; if the certification is not visible when following the link from that email, it may be associated with another profile.
    4. If the certification still does not appear
      • After waiting the 24–48 hours and confirming the correct account, open a support request with Microsoft Credentials Support as described in the “Missing Exams or Certifications” article so the support team can review the account and exam history and add any missing credentials.
