Hello there, I'm stuck in a sign-in loop in the AI Skills Fest, AI Skills Navigator, and nothing is helping at all.

Use the following steps to break the sign-in loop and complete sign-in.

    1. Confirm the correct account type is selected
      • If the email address exists as both a personal Microsoft account and a work/school (Microsoft Entra) account, choose the work/school account when prompted. Using the wrong identity can cause loops or missing capabilities.
    2. Fix browser cookie and trusted site settings
      • If using Microsoft Edge or Internet Explorer, make sure the following domains are not in the Trusted Sites list alone:
        • microsoft.com
        • support.microsoft.com and any subdomains
        • login.live.com
        • login.microsoftonline.com
      • If organizational policy requires Trusted Sites, ensure all of the above are added so cookies can be shared correctly between them. Incomplete or inconsistent trusted site configuration can cause authentication loops.
    3. Enable cookies and third‑party cookies in the browser
      • In Edge:
        • Go to Settings → Site permissions → Cookies and site data.
        • Turn on Allow sites to save and read cookie data (recommended).
        • Turn off Block third-party cookies.
      • If your organization manages these settings via policy, contact the IT admin to allow Microsoft 365/Microsoft account URLs as trusted and to permit third‑party cookies.
    4. Sign in directly, then reopen AI Skills Navigator
      • In a new tab, go to https://login.live.com/ and sign in with the Microsoft account used for AI Skills Navigator.
      • After successful sign-in there, open a fresh tab and launch AI Skills Navigator again so it can reuse the existing session instead of re-triggering the loop.
    5. If multiple attempts have been made
      • If multifactor authentication (MFA) is enabled and many sign-in attempts were made, wait a short period or try an alternate MFA method if available. Repeated attempts can be temporarily blocked as a security measure.
      • If suspicious activity is suspected, contact the organization’s IT administrator and ask them to review Microsoft Entra sign-in logs.

If the problem persists after these steps, contact the event or organizational support team so they can verify account configuration and any tenant-specific policies affecting sign-in.
