"Hello, I accidentally bought a Microsoft 365 subscription via Google Play. I have already cancelled it, but Google denied my refund. Since I won't use this service, could you please process a refund to my card? My Google Play Transaction ID is GPA.3321-9

Refunds for Microsoft 365 subscriptions purchased through Google Play cannot be processed by Microsoft.

For Microsoft 365 subscriptions bought via a third-party retailer such as Google Play:

1. Microsoft cannot cancel or manage billing or refunds for these subscriptions.
2. All refund requests must go through the retailer that processed the payment.
3. For Google Play purchases, use Google’s refund process and policies as documented at "Learn about Google Play refund policies".

If Google has already denied the refund, contact Google Play support again, provide the transaction ID, and explain the accidental purchase and cancellation. Microsoft support cannot override Google’s refund decision because Microsoft did not receive the payment.
