For hackathon- or event-specific activation issues like the Innovation Studio email not being received, the only supported path is to work directly with the event organizers or Microsoft support for that program. Self-service tools in Microsoft 365 or Outlook cannot resend or generate that activation email.

Based on similar online service activation flows, the following checks are recommended before contacting support:

1. Confirm that the registration email address is correct and active.
2. Check all mail folders (Inbox, Junk, Spam, Promotions/Other, and any rules or filters that might move automated emails).
3. If using a consumer email service (such as Gmail), ensure that the domain microsoft.com is not blocked and that any spam filters are not set to aggressively block bulk or automated messages.

If the email still does not arrive, contact Microsoft support for the specific program (Agents League Hackathon / Innovation Studio) or use the general Microsoft support entry point and describe that the activation email from InnoStudio-noreply@microsoft.com has not been received so they can verify the registration and resend or correct the contact email.
