I have recently given Microsoft SC 500 ENU certificate however I have not received my certificate over mail or it's not even showing in learning platform also, kindly help.

The exam is in beta. You are informed of this on the exam page.

You are informed before the exam starts that you will not get the results until after the exam exits the beta period. You are also informed after the exam that you will get your results two weeks after the exam goes live. You will not see anything on Microsoft Learn until that time.
