Unable to create any resource from azure portal

I have done all signup steps for free account and also deducted amount from credit card but still not able to create any resource from portal

When did you create this account?

Please confirm the Subscription Status as it might still be pending.

Go to Azure Portal > Subscriptions

Check Status > Active OR Disabled OR Pending/Creating

might be why you are unable to create resources yet.

Also confirm that the account you are using has the correct permissions to that subscription.

Ensure you have created a Resource Group first as well.

Hello Kumar chandan, It sounds like you’re able to sign up and even see the billing charge, but the Azure portal still won’t let you create any resources. In situations like this, it’s usually one (or a combination) of the following:

1) Subscription status may still be pending/creating

Even after signup, your subscription can take a bit to fully activate. If the subscription isn’t Active yet, resource creation can fail.

Check it here:

Azure portal → Subscriptions

Select your subscription

Look at Status (it should be Active; sometimes it shows Disabled or Pending/Creating)

If it’s not Active, wait and re-check after some time.

2) You may not have the right permissions for that subscription

Make sure the account you’re using has the proper access/roles on the subscription where you’re trying to create resources.

3) Create a Resource Group first

Some resource types can’t be created until you have a Resource Group available in the subscription.
