My PL-300 exam has Ended incompletly

I also cannot access the support ticket portal at aka.ms/credentialssupport — it redirects to Engage Center with "No Access."

I have a written incident report ready to submit. Who should I contact to resolve this and file a formal appeal?

Contact paths for this scenario are:

    1. For the terminated online-proctored exam and missing record/score:
      • Use Pearson OnVUE Support live chat during or immediately after an issue when possible, as described in the online exam guidance.
      • Since the session has already ended, contact Pearson VUE directly for exam-delivery issues and appointment problems so they can locate the session and advise next steps: use the Pearson VUE Support options listed under exam delivery and scheduling support.
    2. For Microsoft certification record/transcript issues and to file a formal appeal or incident with Microsoft:
      • Use Microsoft Credentials Support for all other Microsoft Certification issues, including missing exams/certifications and escalations. Follow the “Microsoft Certifications and Microsoft Certification Exams” support path and submit a ticket describing the terminated exam, the missing record, and that the standard portal currently shows “No Access.”
    3. If the exam never appears on the Learn profile or transcript after Pearson confirms their side, use the “Missing Exams or Certifications” guidance and then contact Microsoft Credentials Support for additional assistance.

    Key contacts from the documentation:

    • For technical issues with exam delivery and appointment/scheduling issues: Pearson VUE Support.
    • For all other Microsoft Certification issues (including appeals, missing records, and access problems with the credentials portal): Microsoft Credentials Support.
