I have an HP Office Jet Prob 8130e which is set up on WIFI. My Iphone works on wifi in another room

I need the printer to be connected to the internet for my HP instant ink accourt.

On your computer, I believe you need to download and install this driver for your printer: https://support.hp.com/sg-en/drivers/swdetails/hp-officejet-pro-8130-all-in-one-series/2101387999/swItemId/mp-364545-1

That will then help your Windows computer recognize the printer and be able to use the printer.
