Frankly, you're removing the only reason I kept Edge. So now I can switch to Vivaldi or other browsers.

I invested heavily in using Collections, didn't see the notifications or warnings about the feature disappearing.
Yet another reason to move back to Chrome.

    Hello Fde Yhhjj,

Collections has been retired in Edge. The exact recovery options depend on which Edge version you're on right now and which kind of account you sign into Edge with (personal Microsoft account vs work/school), so worth checking that first:

Edge > … (Settings and more) > Help and feedback > About Microsoft Edge.

A bit of context on the timeline:

    • Starting with Edge 145, adding new items was disabled, but existing Collections were still viewable, and there were two recovery options in the Collections pane — Move to Favorites (converts saved pages into Favorites folders) and Export Your Data (work/school accounts only).
    • Starting with Edge 149 (rolled out June 4, 2026), Collections has been fully removed from the browser, so the in-Edge recovery options aren't available anymore.

    So where that leaves you:

    • If you're on a pre-149 build, open Collections via … > More tools > Collections and use Move to Favorites straight away. Heads up — only the saved web pages (URLs) carry over; images, notes, and other non-page items don't.
    • If you're already on Edge 149 and you sign in with a personal Microsoft account, your saved Collections should still be visible at https://bing.com/saves, which is the fallback Microsoft kept for MSA users.
    • If you're on 149 with a work/school account and didn't export beforehand, there isn't really a supported recovery path left, unfortunately.

Reference: Organize your ideas with Collections in Microsoft Edge

If you can share your Edge version and whether it's a personal or work/school sign-in, I can be more specific about what you can still pull back.

This is the most stupid change ever!
People change things to the best not to the worst!
I kept all my work, shopping, learning and entertainment pages in those collections and now I have to try to remember each page every time. You should have warned us so we could save those collections and move to another more reliable browser.
    I'm so mad and frustrated.
that was the only feature that made me go back to using Edge after many years with Chrome and Firefox.
