I hope you are doing well.

My MB-330 certification expired almost 3 months ago. I fully understand Microsoft’s renewal policy.

Unfortunately, I did not receive any renewal reminder emails prior to the expiration date. In addition, during this period I was on maternity leave, and due to the ongoing situation in northern Israel, I was unable to properly track the certification renewal timeline.

I am reaching out to kindly request a one-time exception and assistance in reopening the renewal assessment option for my certification, instead of requiring a full exam retake.

I remain actively engaged with Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management in my day-to-day professional work, and I would highly appreciate your consideration and support in this exceptional situation.

I would be very grateful if my case could be reviewed individually.
