How can I cancel my MSN All Access games?

To cancel MSN All Access games, cancel the underlying Microsoft subscription associated with it.

1. Go to the Microsoft account Services & subscriptions page: https://account.microsoft.com/services and sign in with the same Microsoft account used to purchase MSN All Access.
2. In the list of subscriptions, locate the MSN/All Access or related games subscription.
3. Select Manage next to that subscription.
4. On the next page, select Cancel (or Upgrade or Cancel, depending on what appears).
5. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete cancellation.

If the subscription was purchased through a third party (for example, Google Play or Apple App Store), cancellation and any refund must be handled through that provider’s support as described in the documentation.

After cancellation, if Turn on recurring billing is shown instead of Manage, the subscription is already set to expire on the listed date and will not renew.
