How to get a trophy when we complete a course here ?

Trophies on Microsoft Learn are awarded automatically when all required modules or steps in a specific collection are completed and correctly registered to the same Microsoft Learn account.

If a trophy is missing even though the course appears complete, verify that every required unit/module shows as completed in the Microsoft Learn profile itself (not only on a partner site). In a similar case, the issue was resolved by opening the Trophies section in the Learn account and ensuring each step was marked as fulfilled on Microsoft’s side; once all steps showed as completed there, the trophy was granted.

There is no separate manual request or redemption process for trophies; they are tied to completion status in the Learn profile.
