How to recover Azure tenant (AADSTS5000225)

When I try to sign-in to portal.azure.com, I receive "Sign-in failed | Error code: AADSTS5000225"

Business impact and justification for restoring the tenant: This is a privately owned tenant that I use for personal use, including managing Microsoft licensing for my family.
I have been unable to sign-in for over a month, but have finally decided to follow up. This tenant was active at least as soon as November 1, 2025, when I signed up for a Microsoft Entra Suite trial. I know I have signed into the tenant for at least a month afterward, testing the features of MS Entra Suite.
