Yes I have tried all of these without any luck

Turn off the laptop completely.
Disconnect the charger or power adapter.
If your laptop has a removable battery, remove it.
Press and hold the Power button for 15–20 seconds to discharge any remaining electrical charge.
Reinstall the battery (if it was removed).
Reconnect the charger.
Turn on the laptop and check if the issue is resolved.
If your laptop has a non-removable battery, simply leave the battery installed, disconnect the charger, hold the Power button for 15–20 seconds, reconnect the charger, and then turn the laptop back on.

Select: Second screen only, Duplicate, or Extend.
