Try pressing Windows key + K, then connect wirelessly to your smart TV, Roku, Fire TV Stick, or other device.

Hold down the Windows key and press the P key.
Select: Second screen only, Duplicate, or Extend.

Yes - tried that with several different scenarios - didnt work - on one startup I did see the TV screen briefly showing what was on the computer screen but it didnt hold
