Have you tried manually selecting the extended display under Settings and Display Settings?

Please try updating the video/graphics driver by going to the Manufacturer's website, and restart the machine after installing the driver.

Try pressing Windows key + K, then connect wirelessly to your smart TV, Roku, Fire TV Stick, or other device.

Hold down the Windows key and press the P key.

Select: Second screen only, Duplicate, or Extend.

    Any luck?

Select the correct HDMI input on the TV.
