I have an issue with EntraID B2B Collaboration and have been trying to contact support for the last 24-hours. We have had a generic message saying it could be up to 10-days for a reply!
Does anyone have a phone number or email for a support service for Microsoft?
We are paying for a service, the service is restricting our business and it seems impossible to contact anyone for an answer! My business can't afford to wait 10-days!

The fastest way to get help is to open a support request through the Azure portal (or the Microsoft Entra admin center) rather than email. Here’s how:
- Sign in to the Azure portal (https://portal.azure.com) with an account that has at least the Service Support Administrator role on your subscription.
- Click the “?” icon in the top right corner and choose Help + support → New support request.
- Issue type: Technical
- Subscription: select the one tied to your Entra ID tenant
- Service: choose Microsoft Entra ID (you may see it listed under Identity / Azure Active Directory)
- Problem type/subtype: pick the category closest to “B2B collaboration”
- Fill in as many details as possible—error messages, screenshots, support codes, exact timestamps, user IDs, etc. This ensures it routes correctly and speeds up response time.
- Review your Azure Support Plan to understand initial response times. Phone support is available immediately for customers on paid support plans or Premier/Unified Support. If you have a paid plan, you can also click the phone icon in the support request blade to call in directly.
- If your organization has Microsoft Entra ID P1/P2, you can also open a case from the Microsoft Entra admin center: go to https://entra.microsoft.com → Help & support → New support request, and follow the same steps.
