MS‑102 badge & Transcript not showing in Microsoft Learn profile after passing exam”

The MS‑102 exam is only one requirement for the Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert certification. Passing the exam alone does not create a certification badge in Microsoft Learn or Credly.

To receive a certification and badge, the profile must meet all prerequisites for the certification:

1. MS‑102 is the required exam for Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert.
2. In addition, at least one prerequisite associate‑level certification must be active, for example:
   • Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate
   • Microsoft 365 Certified: Messaging Administrator Associate
   • Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate
   • Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate
   • Microsoft Certified: Information Protection and Compliance Administrator Associate

Until one of these prerequisite certifications is held and active, no Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert certification badge will appear under Certifications, and nothing will sync to Credly for that certification.

Because the MS‑102 exam already appears under Past exams in the transcript, the exam result is correctly recorded and no additional sync is needed for the exam itself.

For adding qualifications to a CV:

• Continue listing existing certifications such as “Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals” with their certification IDs and dates.
• For MS‑102, it is currently valid to list it under an “Exams passed” or “Completed exams” section until the full Administrator Expert certification requirements are met.
