Android Onenote app recent pages is not updating

Note: my changes ARE syncing correctly!

However, when a change is made to a page, that page does not appear at the top of recent pages when sorted by modified date.

To fix this, go to OneNote Settings > Trust Center > Privacy and turn on all Connected Experiences toggles, which the recent feed needs to sort properly. If that doesn't work, long-press the OneNote icon, go to App Info > Storage, and tap Clear Cache to force the list to refresh.

Let me know if that brings your pages back to the top!

Hi, thanks for looking into this so quickly. Modifications/additions to solution:

Experiences changed:

Experiences that analyse content

Experiences that download content

This made recent changes made on phone appear.

To get recent changes made on another device I had to restart the app on that device (presumably to pick up that settings. )

The settings can also be change in the privacy settings on the Windows Onenote (or any windows 365?) app.

Hello,
I have been experiencing the same issue for almost 2 years now, and I have tried the above steps. I have also tried re-installing the app more than once. However, the issue persists exactly like the original poster described... my "Recent pages" tab stopped updating sometime in mid 2024. The sorting functions work normally, except they pretend that nothing newer than 2024 exists in my noebook, even though I can access all my pages normally inside the "Notebook list" tab. Everything else about the app is functioning normally and syncs normally with Onenote on desktop, but this is frustrating for me to have to dig through multiple layers of group and section organization to get back to the page I was working on.
