I can't access a directory created for Azure B2C tenants. I'm the administrator.

I can't access a directory created for Azure B2C tenants. It prompts me for MFA, but MFA isn't set up correctly. Even though I've disabled the MFA option for my user in my institution's directory, this change isn't reflected for my user in the B2C tenants' directory. I'm the administrator.

There are other administrators, but they are having trouble accessing the directory. It shows that they are not listed as tenants. One person was able to log in, but says they don't have sufficient permissions to view the users.

I called the number and an AI answered, but it couldn't provide a solution or connect me to a support representative.

Is it possible to request this without opening a support ticket, since the institution did not pay for this service? I need the MFA option removed from this B2C Tenants directory.
