I am locked out of my company's Microsoft 365 admin center and cannot reset the M365. This happened in feburary as well, when i set up additional MFA options. No of the options are available. I have tried calling every day for the past week, and can never get through the AI bot to a real human to help. I also sent email to a previous support ticket and have not received any support for 2 weeks.
Help!!
