Assessment Page Stuck on “Please wait while connecting” and Achievements Not Updating

While attempting to complete the assessment, the page gets stuck on the message “Please wait while connecting,” as shown in the attached screenshot.

I first attempted this on Friday, and I initially thought the issue might be from my side. However, I tried again today, and I am still facing the same issue.

Additionally, I have completed all the required modules, but the completion status is not reflecting in the Achievements section.

Kindly let me know why this issue is occurring and if any action is required from my end. I am also sharing the details of all the modules I have successfully completed for reference.Screenshot 2026-05-18 144118

For Microsoft Applied Skills assessments that do not load correctly and for Learn achievements that are not updating, the supported path is to contact the dedicated certification/support team so they can check the assessment session and your Learn profile on the backend.

For the stuck “Please wait while connecting” screen and the missing completion status:

    1. Do not use a VPN when attempting an Applied Skills assessment, as this can interfere with the lab connection.
    2. Open a support request with the Microsoft Certification/Applied Skills support team so they can:
      • Investigate the failed or incomplete lab session.
      • Reset or reschedule the assessment attempt if needed.
      • Verify that your completed modules and assessment are correctly associated with your Microsoft Learn profile and update your achievements if required.

Use the Certification Support channel and then go to the Applied Skills section as described in the reference below.
