Completion status issues for Microsoft Learn training paths and courses can’t be fixed from the learner side when all units and assessments already show as done. The behavior described matches a backend/profile issue rather than a missing action in the modules.
There is no separate “course completion certificate” or extra hidden step for these Learn modules beyond finishing all units and the assessment; completion is normally reflected as badges and trophies on the Learn profile, not additional certificates.
Because the learning path is part of a partner initiative and specific activities in Module 1 remain incomplete despite being taken, the only resolution path is to contact Microsoft Learn support so the profile and progress can be checked and corrected on the service side.
Use the Microsoft Learn support/contact channel associated with the Learn profile used to take the path and provide:
- Learning path name and ID ("Microsoft M365 Copilot - Intermediate Learning Path", PY0013830)
- The specific activities that remain incomplete
- Screenshots of the completed modules/assessments if possible
Support can then verify the backend records and update the completion status if appropriate.
