Can’t download my MIE expert certification from credly

I am trying to be a microsoft elevate educator , however it shows on my credly account that i can’t download my 2022/2023 MIE expert certification on credly! what should i do?

The reason you can't pull this from Credly is that Microsoft entirely deprecated its integration with Credly. All digital badges and certifications, including the Educator (MIE/MCE) ecosystem, were migrated natively to the Microsoft Learn infrastructure. Credly is essentially a deprecated, read-only database for Microsoft credentials now.

This isn't a glitch on your end; the credential issuing engine simply lives somewhere else now. You need to pull the record directly from your Learn profile.

Sign in to learn.microsoft.com using the exact email address tied to your MIE Expert status.

Click your avatar in the top right corner and open your Profile.

On the left-hand navigation pane, select Credentials, then switch to the Certifications tab.

Your 2022/2023 certification will be mapped here. Click View certification details to natively download the certificate PDF or grab the verified digital badge link.

Note: If you don't see it under Certifications, check the Achievements tab on the left menu. Some legacy MIE badges were reclassified as standard achievements during the backend migration.

If both tabs are empty, your old Educator Center identity hasn't synced with your current Learn profile. Go to Settings in your Learn profile and add your original email under "Account Management" to force a transcript merge.
