Az-900 reschedule

To reschedule the AZ‑900 exam, use the standard Microsoft Learn and Pearson VUE flow and, if that fails, contact Pearson VUE directly.

1. Try rescheduling from the Learn profile
   1. Sign in to the Learn profile.
   2. From the avatar menu, select Profile.
   3. In the left menu, select Credentials, then choose Certifications.
   4. Find the AZ‑900 exam appointment and select Reschedule (or Cancel if needed).
   5. The process will redirect to the exam delivery provider’s site (typically Pearson VUE) to complete rescheduling.
2. If the Learn site shows an error or does not work
   • Rescheduling and cancellation can also be done via the certification dashboard or by contacting Pearson VUE support.
   • For issues when taking or scheduling an exam (including site errors), contact Pearson VUE support so they can assist with moving the appointment.
3. Observe the reschedule/cancellation policy
   • Reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled exam; otherwise, the full exam fee (or voucher) is forfeited.

If the error on the Learn site continues, use Pearson VUE support as the primary escalation path to get the AZ‑900 appointment rescheduled.
