Hey there! Nice to meet you!

In addition to what the AI mentioned, unfortunately, there is no set timeframe for replenishing out‑of‑stock codes, and it may take months or years.

In the meantime, I recommend saving your rewards points and checking the Rewards Store from time to time.

Microsoft Rewards redemptions, including Roblox digital gift cards, depend on reward inventory. When a specific reward such as Robux goes out of stock, it can take time for Microsoft to receive and load new codes from the partner and make them available again. During that period, the item will show as unavailable even though points are ready to redeem.

If a redemption fails or a code is invalid after you successfully redeem (for example, a Roblox card that shows “Invalid Code”), Microsoft Rewards can refund the points so they can be used on a new card once stock is available again, as shown in the referenced case where points were refunded and the user redeemed a new Roblox gift card successfully.

There is no documented SLA for how fast a specific reward (like Robux) is restocked; availability is subject to supply and can vary by time and region. The practical options are:

    1. Check the Rewards catalog periodically to see when the Roblox/Robux reward is back in stock.
    2. If points were deducted but no code was delivered, or a delivered code is invalid, open or follow up on a Microsoft Rewards support ticket so the points can be refunded and used again when stock returns.
