I can't read the file for my power point presentation. It is just one specific power point presentation, I have no problem with any other. When trying to open the file: "PowerPoint found a problem with content in (location of the file), and the option to repair it is offered, I click Repair. Then, it asks me to cancel or continue but the window dissapears.

Follow these steps in order, focusing on that one problematic presentation:

    1. Try Open and Repair
      1. Start PowerPoint.
      2. Select File > Open > Browse.
      3. Navigate to the folder that contains the presentation.
      4. Select the file once.
      5. Use the drop-down arrow next to Open and select Open and Repair.
      6. If it opens, immediately save it with a new name.
    2. Check if the file is blocked by Windows
      1. Close PowerPoint.
      2. Open File Explorer and locate the presentation.
      3. Right-click the file and select Properties.
      4. If there is an Unblock checkbox/button near the bottom, select Unblock, then Apply, then OK.
      5. Try opening the file again in PowerPoint.
    3. Test whether the file is damaged If the same error continues only for this file, it is likely damaged. Use the PowerPoint-specific repair guidance:
    4. Check the storage location If the file is on a USB drive or external device, copy it to the local hard drive first and run the same steps there. If copying fails or is very slow, the storage device or the specific area where the file is stored may be damaged.

If none of these steps allow the file to open or be repaired, the presentation is likely corrupted beyond what PowerPoint can recover.
