I haven't intentionally deleted any lists/tasks but I've just selected the app, it's opened, and I only now have 1 of my lists showing in the app. I had 4 different lists previously. I use this app as my daily planner and had reoccurring tasks set up in each list which I need access to. Please help me retrieve them.

Follow these steps to try to get the missing lists and tasks back in Microsoft To Do:

    1. Confirm the correct account is signed in
      • Open Microsoft To Do.
      • Check the account shown in the profile area (top corner).
      • If there are multiple accounts (work/school and personal), switch to the account that was originally used for the missing lists. Lists are stored per account.
    2. Check if the lists were deleted and restore them in Outlook Microsoft To Do stores lists and tasks in Exchange Online, so deleted lists and tasks can be restored from Outlook. To restore a deleted list:
      1. Sign in to Outlook on desktop with the same Microsoft account used in To Do.
      2. In the Mail folder list, select Deleted Items.
      3. Look for a deleted folder that corresponds to the missing list name.
      4. Right-click that folder and select Move > Other Folder > Tasks.
      5. The list should then reappear in Microsoft To Do.
To restore deleted tasks (if the list still exists but tasks are missing):
      1. In Outlook desktop, open Mail and select Deleted Items.
      2. Find the deleted task items.
      3. Right-click each task and select Move > Other Folder > Tasks.
      4. The tasks will reappear in their original list in To Do.
    3. Reopen To Do and let it sync
      • After restoring from Outlook, reopen Microsoft To Do or pull to refresh so it can sync and show the restored lists/tasks.

If no corresponding folders or tasks appear in Outlook’s Deleted Items for that account, then there is no supported recovery path in the provided documentation beyond this restore mechanism.
