Hi I am pleading for some help.. I've 7 kids and 2 with ASD one Severely Autistic none verbal, he is 2 and a half and he has no social or communication skills, he is obsessed with the TV and spongebob squarepants season 11. lately he's started to run and push the TV he doesn't understand no which is so hard at times, my house walls are so thin and plaster board I think and I moved the TV as it basically went through to next door the sound, anyway lately it's getting dangerous for Charlie hes constantly running into the TV and we are afraid he is going to get really hurt.. we are wondering if anyone can help us to put the TV on the wall? Safely , we've considered stands but he's already cut his eye on the current one so it would be best out the way... I'd be grateful for recommendations and quotes please, if you could inbox me

Support for Microsoft products and Copilot is available, but the context does not contain any guidance related to physical TV mounting, home safety hardware, or in‑home services.

For issues specifically with Copilot access or connectivity (for example, “We couldn't send your message. We can't reach Copilot.”), the available option in the context is to run the Copilot troubleshooters via the Get Help app on Windows:

    1. Open the Get Help app in Windows.
    2. In the Search bar, type either:
      • Copilot connectivity troubleshooter if Copilot cannot be reached, or
      • Copilot license troubleshooter if Copilot is missing from eligible apps.
    3. Select the troubleshooter and follow the on‑screen steps.
    4. Review the results and apply any suggested fixes.

If accessibility or disability support is needed when using Microsoft products (including Copilot), Microsoft provides specialized assistance via the Disability Answer Desk. The support team is trained in assistive technologies and can help troubleshoot Microsoft software scenarios.
