My Azure account was locked and I cannot get any support without login

When I tried to login Azure portal, I got error:
Error Code: 500571
Which seems I was locked.
All related Q&A not worked for me, because I cannot login to create any support request.
This my personal development account, which means I am the administrator (No other AD) and I need it to develop my applications.
