Hi, I was about to take 'Microsoft Applied Skills: Streamline business workflows with AI chat' like here

While starting to take the lab assessment the login credentials provided did not work. Now, since I closed the assessment, I have to wait for 72 hours before I could take another assessment.

And there is No way to raise a complaint or concern.

Please help

The 72-hour wait is enforced automatically by the Applied Skills assessment lab retake policy and applies even if the lab was closed early or could not be completed.

To address the incorrect credentials issue and request assistance (including a possible exception or investigation of the failed attempt), contact Credentials Support under the Applied Skills section:

    1. Go to Credentials Support: https://aka.ms/Credentials-Support
    2. Use the options under the Applied Skills area to open a support request and describe:
      • The specific assessment: “Microsoft Applied Skills: Streamline business workflows with AI chat”
      • That the lab login credentials provided in Step 3 of the Instructions pane did not work
      • That the lab was closed and is now counted as an attempt, triggering the 72-hour wait
    3. Monitor the response from support for guidance or remediation.

Going forward, when the lab launches:

    1. Review the Instructions pane on the right side of the lab environment.
    2. Use the username and password exactly as shown in Step 3 by selecting them (this auto-fills the fields in the lab environment).
    3. If credentials fail again, do not exit the lab immediately; instead, check the Troubleshooting section in the Instructions pane and, if the issue persists, capture the problem details (screenshots, error messages) to include in your support request.

Note that any lab that ends abruptly or is cancelled is still scored and counts as an attempt, which is why the 72-hour delay is now in effect.
