- Check the correct place in Microsoft Learn
- Sign in to the Microsoft Learn profile and go to the Credentials area:
- Certifications and credentials are listed under the Learn profile at the Credentials tab:

- Sign in to the Microsoft Learn profile and go to the Credentials area:
- Confirm the correct account/profile is being used
- If there are multiple Microsoft accounts (personal, work, or school), the exam may be associated with a different Learn profile.
- Follow the guidance in Missing Exams or Certifications:
- Make sure to sign in to the correct Learn profile.
- If a congratulations email was received in 2021, use the profile link in that email to confirm which account holds the certification.
- Try logging into Learn with any other Microsoft accounts that might have been used when registering for DP-900.
- Consider other reasons it may not appear
- Some older or legacy certifications no longer appear in Learn profiles. If DP-900 was earned through a non-Microsoft provider such as Certiport, note that exams and certifications earned through Certiport are not currently reflected in the Microsoft Learn profile and must be managed via the Certiport account.
