Hello Azure Support Team,
I am experiencing an automatic system block when trying to deploy the third-party model Anthropic Claude Opus via Azure AI Foundry. The deployment immediately stuck and resulted in "Provisioning state: Failed" with Error Code 715-123420.
It seems like this subscription is flagged or restricted by the internal Azure RTFP (Real-Time Fraud Protection) system for third-party marketplace purchases. Could you please escalate this to the backend/security team to review and lift the restriction on my account?
